Please read the T.O.S. carefully before commissioning me. By commissioning me, the client agrees to all of the following terms and conditions.

Always credit me as "MilZenc_" when sharing or using the artwork. Do not claim the work as your own.

I have the right to post / livestreaming my work on my platforms. (The work can be temporalily secret if requested.)

No modifications to the artwork are allowed without my permission.

The commissioned work cannot be used to train AI models.

If you breach these terms, you will lose the right to use my art, and I may resell it on my platforms.

You are allowed to create merchandise with the commissioned artwork.

The artwork can be used across all platforms.

If you wish to sell or gift the artwork/model to others, it must be sold at the same or lower price than the original. Please consult with me beforehand.

You will be added to the queue only after full or partial payment (50%) of the total cost has been received.

I sort the queue according to time of receiving payment.

The prices list are for Personal use only!!

For Commercial use, please notify me. Commercial usage incurs an additional 100% fee. (If I discover unauthorized commercial use, I will charge 4x the original price and blacklist the client.)

All VTuber-related commissions are considered commercial use.

Live2D models and streaming assets (Emote, panels, more) price automatically include commercial usage.

Rush orders incur an extra 50% fee.

Once it’s your turn in the queue, I will contact you to discuss the details, pricing, and deadlines.

Please provide a clear brief, including character design, pose references, and other relevant materials.

You can track the project progress via a shared Excel sheet.

I will keep you updated through each stage: Sketch > Line Art > Base Colors > Final Colors.

The final work will be delivered via Google Drive after full payment is received.

After agreeing to sketch, You are allowed one revision per stage (Line Art, Base Colors, and Final Colors).

If you do not respond within 21 days after I contact you, your slot will be canceled, and I reserve the right to resell the artwork.

You may request a full refund if the work has not yet begun.

If the project has already started, you are eligible for a 50% refund. However, if I cancel the project, you will receive a full refund.

If it’s your turn in the queue. I will contact you first and if I don’t hear from you within 3 days, your spot will be canceled.

If you remain unresponsive during the commission process for 21 days without prior notice, I reserve the right to cancel the project with no refund.

If a commission is canceled, the artwork files are subject to individual review, but the client may not copy, sell, or distribute the work.
