การคอมมิชชั่นหมายถึงผู้ที่ทำการคอมมิชชั่นได้ทำการอ่านและตกลงที่จะทำตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงทั้งหมดแล้ว

ราคาและการชำระเงินทั้งหมดใช้สกุลเงิน USD และบาทเป็นหลัก

ราคาที่เห็นเป็นเพียงราคาเริ่มต้น อาจมีการ +/- ตามความยากง่ายของแต่ละผลงาน

โปรดติดต่อเราก่อนที่จะทำการจ่ายเงินทุกครั้ง เราจะจัดเรียงคิวเวลการจ่ายเงิน

คุณลูกค้าจะถูกจัดอยู่ในคิวก็ต่อเมื่อได้ทำการชำระเงินค่ามัดจำแล้ว50%จากราคาของแต่ละชิ้นงาน

จ่ายอีกครึ่งทีเหลือหลังจากที่ทางเราส่งเสก็ตและได้รับการยืนยันจากลูกค้าแล้ว

การเร่งงานจะบวกราคาเพิ่ม100%จากราคาทั้งหมด

ราคาที่เห็นเป็นเพียงราคาสำหรับ Personal use เท่านั้น (หากต้องการใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ : โปรดติดต่อเราก่อน และราคาจะx2 หากมีการพบเห็นว่าทำการนำไปใช้เชิงพานิชย์โดยไม่ได้มีการบอกเราก่อนจะปรับเงินx4 และลงblacklistทันที)

หากคุณลูกค้าทำการยกเลิกงานหลังจากที่ทางเราได้เริ่มทำคอมมิชชั่นของคุณแล้ว เราจะทำการคืนเงินเพียง50%จากทั้งหมดที่คุณจ่ายมา แต่หากเราเป็นฝ่ายยกเลิกคอมมิชชั่นเองเราจะคืนเงินทั้งหมด อาจะมีการให้ผลงานด้วยขึ้นอยู่กับการตกลงกัน

หากเราลูกค้าไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ภายในระยะเวลา 21 วัน โดยไม่ได้มีการบอกล่วงหน้า ทางเราจะยกเลิกงานของลูกค้าและจะไม่มีการคืนใดๆทั้งสิ้น

ลูกค้าและอาร์ทติสใดๆก็ตามที่ลูกค้าจะทำการจ้างงานต่อไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ทำงานแก้ไขผลงานของเรา (รวมถึงการทำอนิเมชั่นหรือภาพเคลื่อนไหว) หากต้องการแก้ไขงาน (เช่น เปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้า, เปลี่ยนสี, ภาพเคลื่อนไหวและอื่นๆ.) ลูกค้าอาจต้องทำการจ้างงานใหม่หรือสามารถตกลงกันได้หากเป็นการแก้ไขง่ายๆ

การทำงานคอมมิชชั่นของเราค่อนข้างใช้พลังงาน ความเร็วในการทำงานขึ้นอยู่กับความยากง่ายของงานและอารมณ์ของเรา

เราจะบอกเวลาคร่าวๆและทำงานให้เสร็จภายในเวลาที่เราได้แจ้งไว้ หากมีการล่าช้าจะถามการติดต่อเพื่อให้ทราบถึงปัญหาและทำข้อตกลงร่วมกัน

เรายังคงพัฒนาลายเส้นอยู่เสมอ อาจส่งผลต่อชิ้นงานในช่วงเวลานั้นๆ แต่งานจะสวยขึ้นอย่างแน่นอน หากต้องการให้ทำงานในลายเส้นแบบเก่าสามารถส่งเรฟรูปเก่าจากผลงานของเรามาได้เลยว่าต้องไลน์เส้นแบบนี้

คุณลูกค้าสามารถreferenceและรายละเอียดงานต่างๆได้ผ่าน Google Drive หรือสามารถบรีฟงานผ่าน DMผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ(แนะนำ Xหรือดิสคอร์ด) เพื่อให้เป็นระเบียบในการข้อมูล

หลังจากตกลงราคากันแล้ว โปรดชำระค่ามัดจำ50%

หลังจากบรีฟงานกันแล้ว เราจะใช้เวลาในการสเก็ต 1-3 วัน ขึ้นอยู่กับความยากง่ายของงาน และและราคาสุทธิจะถูกแจ้งหลังจากสเก็ตงานเสร็จแล้ว (อาจมีการ +/- ตามความยากงานของการทำงาน)

สามารถติดตามขั้นตอนทำงานได่ที่ Trello และทางเราจะคอยส่งอัพเดทงานตามขั้นตอนงานดังนี้ Sketch > Line art > Base color > color

หากงานเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้วเราจะส่งงานผ่าน Google Drive เมื่อลูกค้าทำการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว

ไฟล์งานที่ได้รับจะเป็น .jpg, .png, and .pngพื้นหลังใส

หลังจากยืนยันสเก็ตแล้ว ลูกค้าสามารถแก้ไขงานได้ 1 ครั้งต่อ 1 ขั้นตอนการทำงาน(Line art, Base color, Color)

Commissioning me means the commissioner "accepts all" these terms and conditions.

All prices and payments are in USD and Thai-baht.

The price is only the starting price. and will +/- according to complexity.

Pls message me before you send the payment. I sort the queue according to time of receiving payment.

You will be added to the queue only after full or partially payment (50% of total cost) has been sent.

The second half of the payment must be sent after sketches has been approved.

Rush commission will charge +100% of the total cost.

The price for Personal use only !! (Commercial use: Pls tell me first and the price will x2, If I saw it myself, I will charge x4 more from the price and blacklisted.

if you cancel the job after the commission has been started refund possible only in the amount of 50%. But if I cancel it myself, you will get a full refund.

If you do not respond in the commission process within 21 days and didn't warn me before, I reserve the right to cancel your commission with no refunds.

You or artists you commission have no rights to edit my drawings (animation is also editing). If you would like to edit something (change clothes, colors, animate etc.), you need to commission me again for edits.

My commission work takes a lot of energy. The speed of work depends mostly on the work scale and emotions.

Btw I’ll tell you how much time I'll take for your commission and I’ll try my best to finish it in time. If it's delayed I’ll tell you about the problem and make an agreement together.

I'm still improving myself. It may affect my work at that time. However, my work will definitely be better than before. But if you want me to work in an old style, you can send me reference old photos from my work.

Customers attach references and job details to Google Drive or others can brief in DM any contract (recommend X and Discord). to be tidy for the convenience of finding job details.

After briefed, the work will be drafted for the customer to view within 1 - 3 days according to their convenience and the work price will be evaluated when the customer confirms the sketch (Maybe +/- depend on complexity in work process).

After reaching an agreement on the price, please transfer a deposit of half the amount in order to make a reservation.

Work progress can be viewed from the card in trello. Btw I'll update in every process for you as follows: Sketch > Line art > Base color > color.

If the work is completed, I will send the work in Google Drive. When the full payment is made.

The files will be .jpg .png and .png files with transparent background.

After agreeing to sketch, you can request 1 revision per process (Line art, Base color, Color).
